Spinach and Artichoke Dip

1 can artichokes, drained and quartered
1 box frozen spinach, thawed and drained
1 cup parmesan
8oz cream cheese, at room temp
1/3 cup mayo
2/3 cup sour cream
2 tsp garlic powder or 2 cloves, minced

Mix together, cook in 9" pie plate at 375 for 30 minutes.
