Calzones

1.5c shredded mozzarella
1/2c ricotta
1tbl basil
1c chopped spinach
1c pepperoni
1 egg, beaten
frozen dough, thawed

Preheat oven to 375. Mix filling (no egg). Separate dough into 8 parts, roll thin circles, fill. Fold over and secure using fork, brush with beaten egg.

Bake for 30 minutes.
